The right-click menu is not available from the thumbnail bar in Preview mode.
This is inconsistent with right-clicking the same thumbnail in Thumbnail mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Show an album of pictures in Preview mode
2. Right-click a thumbnail in the thumbnail bar at the top of the window
OBSERVED RESULT
The right-click menu does not show up.
EXPECTED RESULT
Right-clicking a thumbnail should produce the same result in Preview as in
Thumbnail mode.
