When I open a .zip archive (that was produced by a different pgm) with krarc,
(german) umlauts (ä,ö,ü etc.) are incorrectly displayed; eg "Füchtlinge"
becomes "FlБchtlinge". I don't find an option to configure the codepage of .zip
archives (if this helps, anyway).

1. Open a .zip archive which has (german) umlauts in folder or file names
