This has nothing to do with Discover.
That message simply says that both steam-1.0.0.73-7.fc35.i686 and
steam-devices-1.0.0.74-1.fc35.i686 are providing the same file, so the
conflict. Whatever repository is providing the steam upgrade either is only
providing steam-devices 1.0.0.74 without steam 1.0.0.74 or the steam upgrade is
broken.
