vivaldi is reporting itself to pulseaudio as Chromium... you can check this if
you click in Plasma the sound volume icon and click Applications tab.
So there is no way to identify in the taskmanager that chromium audio stream is
actually vivaldi playing... I suppose this is Vivaldi responsibility to
provide.
