STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any compacted file
2. Try to drag and drop a file, but clicking on anything but its name, clicking
on its size for example
3. there is a video for clarification below
OBSERVED RESULT
It selects the file instead of dragging and dropping it, unless you try to drag
it from its name, thus making dragging files somewhat inconvenient and,
specially, confusing.
EXPECTED RESULT
Ark drags the file, no matter if you try to drag it from its name, size or
anything, instead of selecting it.
Its kinda embarrassing, but until this day I didn't understand why sometimes I
couldn't drag files from ark but sometimes I could.
