I can reproduce this issue on Plasma 5.23.4 on Arch. It takes Dolphin 60
seconds or so (I used a stopwatch) to refresh the contents of any folder I'm
putting files into or taking files out of. Nautilus, on the other hand, picks
up on things instantly.
