Screenshot of the entire desktop covered by a blue tint

Coming from Pop!_OS 21.04, I used "sudo apt install kde-standard" to install
kde. Logged out, Logged into KDE, and the entire screen was covered by a blue
hue. I managed to take it away by manually unselecting every desktop effect
until one took the blue overlay away, Screen Edge

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click to enable Screen Edge
2. Hit Apply
3. Everything's blue
Clicking to disable Screen Edge and hitting apply takes away the issue

OBSERVED RESULT
See attachment. This also happens in single screen mode.

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop not covered by a blue tint

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Pop!_OS 21.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This happened upon install, I was using Pop!_OS with its default gnome/cosmic
DE, if that's of any use
