SUMMARY
On two KDE Neon systems set up the same way, two finger scrolling works
everywhere in Kontact, except in the message body.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an email
2. Try to scroll with a touch pad in the message body.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The message body scrolls (and probably zooms I'd guess).

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.23
