With `styleitem.fullRect.width` removed from implicitWidth/implicitHeight there
are no errors/warnings.

OBSERVED RESULT
Lots of "QML SpinBox: Binding loop detected for property "implicitWidth" and
"implicitHeight" errors/warnings.
