Not a KWin issue; these "split the view" features are app-specific and are not
hooking into any KWin functionality. Moving back to Konsole. So Dolphin will
need a separate bug report for it.
I cannot reproduce the issue with current git master on Wayland. It's possible
this was fixed by
https://invent.kde.org/utilities/konsole/-/commit/2ab70959ccc90cb5b69e025130d0093f54236624,
which will be in Konsole 21.12. That's getting released in a little under two
weeks, on December 9th. Can you check once it's released to see if the bug is
fixed? Thanks!
