The steps to reproduce might be a bit different, since I'm not certain if this
is the same original bug.
To see multiple highlights:
1. Open plenty of windows.
2. Switch to another virtual desktop.
3. ?
4. Switch back
Result: ~1/10 chance to see all windows marked as active.
Expected: maximum of one window marked as active.
To see ignored notifications:
0. Configure task manager to only show windows from active virtual desktop.
1. Open a window which marks need for attention by task manager highlight.
2. Switch to another virtual desktop.
3. Cause the window to request attention (e.g. send a message to your instance
of Gajim)
Result: Nothing.
Expected: Window requesting attention appears on task manager (as with plasma
<5.7).
