This is caused by a Qt bug in code used by the old Task Manager backend, which
is still used in the Window List plasmoid in Plasma 5.7. The Window List
plasmoid in 5.8 has been ported to the new Task Manager backend. You can
temporarily avoid this problem by disabling the Window List plasmoid. We're
considering backporting the more reliable Window List to a future 5.7.x
release.
