SUMMARY
The Get New [Stuff] window that lets you install user-uploaded themes, scripts
and widgets doesn't actually 'Show most downloaded first' when the option is
ticked. Overall the items at the top are sorted by the most downloads, but
there are some sorting errors at times, where an item with less users is shown
above the item with more users. See screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to any Get New [Stuff] window.
2. Sort by 'Show most downloaded first'
