1. use Breeze icon theme
2. open System Settings in icon view mode

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, Online Accounts, Connections and
Connection Preferences KCMs and Settings category are represented by the same
icon.
EXPECTED RESULT
different icons for each KCM/category
