STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Reboot 2. Go to system settings, open Display And Monitor -> Display Configuration 3. Change refresh rate from default (60hz) to something else (144hz) 4. Reboot 5. Go to system settings, open Display And Monitor -> Display Configuration 6. Refresh rate has reset to 60hz, both visibly and in settings configuration OBSERVED RESULT Refresh rate switches back to the default 60hz, both visibly and in settings configuration EXPECTED RESULT Refresh rate would stay in the saved setting (144hz), both visibly and in settings configuration SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 21.10 KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.13.0-21-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor Memory: 15,5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon ™ RX 480 Graphics ADDITIONAL INFORMATION If there are way to find logs for this, tell me and i'll do that.
