KDE 5.22.5, cannot reproduce the issue. You mention that it works for one user
and doesn't work for the other. What happens if you create a new user? I
suspect this is a problem with a stale config or cache file and works fine for
newly created users. If it works for a newly created user, please compare the
config files to try an spot the difference between them that could cause this
issue.
