The problem here cannot be reproduced with a D850 sample from the web, neither
with Linux nor with Windows. digiKam doesn't have any problems with RAW images
from the Nikon Z series either, since I use Nikon myself. We need a log of the
output of a terminal when you try to load a RAW image into the Image Editor. It
is also described here for MacOS:
