SUMMARY
After some program crashed (Zoom), the desktop display was wonky, so I
restarted the machine.
This display problem still persisted
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
This bug is obtained every time I restart my machine at startup.
OBSERVED RESULT
The top 50 pixels of the desktop are show, but all others are black and cannot
be interacted with.
EXPECTED RESULT
What I expect to see in the desktop (some widgets)
