Sorry for the late delay answer, In the end it must one of those file
that are left despite the uninstall because when I purged appdata file
it had eliminated those tied to Krita and everything has work out.
Still an issue juste to found them, I know you probably have a reason
but those setup files where the ones corrupting the whole thing
dispite a relunch.
Ho well it's fixed now for me so, I won't need your help anymore.

I'm not sure what to do then -- I don't think you would be able to
install and
use a debugger application. There must be something wrong with the
GPU drivers
on your system -- or, do you have any "security" software
installed other than
what comes with Windows (i.e. Windows Defender)?
