STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the Minimize all Windows widget to the Task Manager
2. Click the Minimize all Windows widget
OBSERVED RESULT
Header bar appears below the top edge of the Task Manager
EXPECTED RESULT
Header bar aligns with the top edge of the Task Manager
