When I select Latency "Force lowest latency (may cause dropped frames)" under systemsettings -> Compositor, the maximum repeat rate caps at about 30 repeats per second. Using the other extreme (prefere smoothest animations) i get 60 repeats/s. The other settings are in between. Furthermore, when using latency setting "prefer lower latendy", I get a wobbling fast to slow repeat rate effect.
