Is your system using PulseAudio or PipeWire?
Does the headphone jack show up as a separate device in the System Settings
Audio Volume page, or does it appear as a separate port of the device for the
built-in speakers? If unsure, attach a screenshot of the System Settings Audio
Volume page.
