To set custom weekly recurrence rules (e.g. every Monday and Wednesday) select:
1. 'Custom' in the 'Repeat:' entry combo box
2. 'week' in the second combo box of 'Every:' entry
3. Then you will be able to select the specific week days with checkboxes.
I am also attaching a screenshot for you.
The standard weekly recurrence is meant to be a quick and easy recurrence every
7 days. Since this is not a bug, I am closing this report
