Following error pops up on startup and application won't load data. Error
indicates syntax issue.

Cannot open file as requested. Error was: Error in function void
MyMoneyStorageSql::createTable(const MyMoneyDbTable&, int) : creating
table/index kmmAccountsPayeeIdentifier
