The default shortcuts could be "Meta+Ctrl+<Arrow key>" to switch desktops, and
"Meta+Ctrl+Shift+<Arrow key>" to move windows to another desktop.
Looking at KDE Neon, "Meta+Ctrl+Shift+<Arrow key>" shortcuts are already
assigned by default and enabled.
"Meta+Ctrl+<Arrow key>" are also assigned by default, but not enabled, however.
It would be nice if they were enabled by default.
