I also ran into this bug, on Windows 11, with the standalone 21.08.2 version.
Another detail is that I have two monitors, and one is high DPI (4k monitor,
set to 150%), which might affect things. I decided to try clicking the button
to see what would happen, and was very confused at the result. I eventually
figured out what the button did by watching a YouTube video about the time
remap feature, and in the video the button *did* have the icon, ha.
