SUMMARY
When configuring window properties, the controls to add another property are
missing.
One needs to minimally resize the dialog to make them show up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. RMC on window title -> More Actions -> Config Special Window Settings
2. Window appears w/o the controls row ("[+ Add Property ...]" and so on)
3. see attached orig.png
4. resize dialog marginally
5. row appears
6. see after_resize.png
