SUMMARY
After the recnt update to Plasma 5.23 almost all per-application configurations
of notificationms are lost and cannot be recreated since apps do not appear in
list
OBSERVED RESULT
Perviously I was able to disable notifications for apps like Mattermost that
use their own notifications.
After the update, Mattermost is not even listed among the applications anymore.
Additionally, applications like x2gsession, that did not notify at all before,
now suddenly pop up.
EXPECTED RESULT
To be able to configure per-application.
Since the notifications display the originating app quite distinctly, it should
be easy to create a config per application (again).
