small black bars are showing sometimes both in the Latte dock area and the
panel one.
sometimes they also get stuck for a bit,or appear under the dock.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. move the mouse pointer slowly towards the dock or panel area.

EXPECTED RESULT
moving the mouse pointer fast towards those areas may skips this behavior.
