SUMMARY
When using a dual display configuration you cannot set the primary display.
After a reboot, if the secondary display is connected it is chose as the
default display.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect secondary display
2. Start-up system
3. Login
4. voila, the wrong display is selected
5. Sometimes there are no desktop icons until I hit F5
