SUMMARY
After updating Plasma from 5.22.5 to 5.23.0, some effects (?) cause full screen
flickering
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
! Seizure warning for videos
- Open a dialog window (e.g. Appearance - Window Decorations - Edit Breeze
Theme)

- Resize a window
