Konsole is openned
SUMMARY
Activity left side panel shift window to the right on Wayland.
This strange behavior does not happen on X11.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an application (example Konsole screenshot1),
2. Open Activity panel (example screenshot2), the application window is shifted
to the right,
3. Close Activity panel (example screenshot3), the application window is
shifted to the far left of the screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
Application window moves on the desktop
EXPECTED RESULT
Activity panel is kept on top of anything on desktop, like on X11.
