The `Overview` page shows idle charts.
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start System Monitor
2. Go to `Overview` page (all charts are idle: memory, disk, CPU, Networks,
Network Rates, System)
3. Go to `History` page (all charts are idle)
OBSERVED RESULT
No data and charts are idle.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be data and charts should be moving.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.23 (Plasma 25th Anniversary Edition x86_6)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.87.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Application and Process list works.
- System monitor plasma widgets also shows no activity.
