SUMMARY

After upgrading to the latest KDE Neon (5.23.0), when using my laptop track pad
it's hard to select display items, example: items in the new System Settings. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move move around the desktop or application.
2. Try selecting elements: menu items, buttons, etc.
3. Pointer goes nuts and skip element, from first to third-ish
4. As I write this bug report, the problem seems to affect even web browser
(Google Chrome)

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't select the desired menu item

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse pointer well behaved

My laptop is a Lenovo T14, with Core i7 10-gen and 16GB of memory.
