Secondary panel
SUMMARY
When you have a secondary panel (based on empty or application) with
application desktop files and you click on the icon, it will try to open the
file as a directory in dolphin.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new panel
2. Add a launcher widget
3. From the launcher right click on an application and select "Add to panel
(widget)"
4. Go out of edit mode
5. Click on the icon on your panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin opens with the ~/.local/share/plasma_icons/<application>.desktop as the
path.
EXPECTED RESULT
The application would start
