There should be separate keyboard shortcutrs to switch between left/right tabs
and between tabs.
Suggested shortcuts:
1. TAB to switch (toggle) between the left/right panes.
2. CTRL+1, CTRL+2, etc to jump to a particular tab.
3. CTRL+PageUp and CTRL+PageDown to move to the left/right tab.
