SUMMARY
Spectacle takes a screenshot upon rebooting.
This behaviour is undesirable because user must close Spectacle window on each
reboot.
Autostart does not contain Spectacle.
This has happened since KDE Plasma 5.19
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot KDE Plasma.
OBSERVED RESULT
System boots to desktop with screenshot of KDE bootscreen.
EXPECTED RESULT
System boots to regular desktop.
