SUMMARY
Allow users to set up
iwconfig <interface> power on
When the disconnected from AC.
And
iwconfig <interface> power off
when plugged to AC.
Or disable entirely iwconfig power saving
This is inspired by
https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/269661/how-to-turn-off-wireless-power-management-permanently
and seems like it would help quite a few troubled users (including me).
Alternatively this could be handled by plasma-nm.
