SUMMARY
On rpm-ostree based systems, we should provide the availability to see package
changelog in KDE Discover when update is available
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be on outdated version of Fedora Kinoite that have installed KDE Discover
with rpm-ostree backend enabled
2. Fetch updates
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no option to see package changelog
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be possible to see package changelog
