            Bug ID: 442971
Summary: Global shortcuts do not function in pick color mode
           Product: kcolorchooser
           Version: 21.08.1
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: witchhunter...@protonmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When "Dim inactive" desktop effect is used, KColoroChooser will pick inaccurate
color unless it is minimized. KWin shortcut to minimize window do not apply on
KColoroChooser when in pick color mode, nor does Alt+Tab. There is no shortcut
to toggle "Dim inactive" effect either.

While approaches to solve this could be various, the only workaround I have
found is to use mouse gestures, the ones from Easystroke, to minimize the
window, which ironically invoke a shortcut.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KColoroChooser and engage "Pick screen color"
2. Try to minimize the window via shortcut

OBSERVED RESULT
Window will not minimize

EXPECTED RESULT
Window should minimize

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Manjaro
