Please specify when you're using a Wacom pen, as that's typically critical
information. And as you are coming to understand, a lot of things don't click
properly with a Wacom pen.
Can confirm the issue. There appear to be several parts:
1. As you mention, the stylus-initiated click seems to be "offset" a bit
2. The radio button has a very small click target even when using a pointing
device
3. Clicking on the label beside it does not work
