SUMMARY
I have just updated neon testing to try out the new kde anniversary edition and
it has broken badly.
There are no windows decorations, no way to interact with the widows controls
(as in I can't move/close/resize any window).
Rebooted several times and no change.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install latest packages from Testing
