SUMMARY

Kirigami.Page {
    globalToolBarStyle: Kirigami.ApplicationHeaderStyle.None
}

doesn't seem to work any more, the application header is displayed even though
it should be disabled.

This can be seen in Angelfish and QMLKonsole.

This is a regression that happend recently.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Angelfish or QMLKonsole
2. See an application header that doesn't make sense

OBSERVED RESULT
application header displayed even though it is set to None.

EXPECTED RESULT
application header being invisible.
