SUMMARY
Oftentimes, while discover is fetching updates, it will at random times start
showing text in a pop-up (inside its own window) about some packages and
progress instead of showing the progress bar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have package updates ready for discover to pick.
2. Click the system pop-up that offers updates through discover.
OBSERVED RESULT
Should show a progress bar all the time while fetching updates.
EXPECTED RESULT
Randomly interleaves between a progress bar and a text pop-up.
