SUMMARY
When clicking a notification or pop-up which offers to open a folder, it will
not launch Dolphin anymore (plasma 5.21.5 and frameworks 5.83.0).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Produce some notification that would offer a button to open a folder (for
example, use the software "peek" to record a GIF video and save it to a file).
2. Click the notification option to open the folder.
OBSERVED RESULT
Does not launch dolphin.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should launch dolphin into the folder that the notification is meant to open.
