Thanks for the support, Nate!

Obviously, it is:
-) bad/poor described, if for 1.5y no one can't fix or even investigate it a
bit deeper (even me);
-) no one reports the same, no duplicates found;
-) I saw that possible mentioned reasons are wrong: it's independent from icon
count, additional panel presence of icon's names: they was faulty mentioned.

Also after the brand new ISO installation (and w/o any old config imported)

```
Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.85.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.14.0-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
```
I don't see the bug for a week and there was
```
$ journalctl --list-boots | wc -l
19
$
```
boots I do not see the issue.

Let's do that cleanup please.
If it will be again I will try to collect more information first in try to have
a pointer, which triggers the issue and to have a reproducible bug, not magic
from time to time.

Also:
-) new "era" features of qt6, wayland is comming;
-) there are well-reproducible and well-described and I am sure that easy to
fix issues still open (like the https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=441199
ticket).

So let's please concentrate developer's and other supporter's efforts on more
actuall problems like: well-described, more understandable, wider shared and
new features parts, to save their time to read that magic poor described (cause
was poor investigated by the user (me)) issue.

Thank you, Nate!

Please go for forward, I'll post a new ticket w/ better description (if the
issue will occurs again and again).
