No, please don't do this. I already argued about it on Present Windows (Bug
438905).
Overlaying icons makes it harder to distinguish multiple instances of the same
application. Reading texts takes too long and defeats the purpose of quickly
getting an overview by what the windows look like.
Users who recognise windows by title or icon can use the classical task bar
(which is planned to be be interactive in the new Overview effect, right?).
