Menu Show Playlists shows Playlists window where user can choose playlist. After choosing playlist window switches to chosen playlist. If user wants to change playlist, just press Show Playlists. Adding tracks to current chosen playlist may be done in Files window. User just presses necessary menus. Scrolling cursor is good option. It can show current track in Playlist and show current track in Tracks window.
