See the bottom right popup menu under the panel
SUMMARY
After I pinned a popup panel, right click menu is unusable as the panel is over
it. I'm using wayland and didn't test x11.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a popup panel (bluetooth, knetworkmanager) and pin it
2. Right click on other tray icons
OBSERVED RESULT
Most of cases, it shows the popup menu under the popup panel. For java app, it
is shown over (Xwayland)
EXPECTED RESULT
Popup menu should be over in z-order.
