SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the KDE System Settings application, setup to use the "Breeze Light"
cursor icon/theme.
2. Open a Konsole window, check what the cursor icon/theme will be used.
OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole keep using the default "Breeze" cursor icon/theme, Other Qt programs
like VirtualBox and VLC are using the "Breeze Light" cursor icon/theme.
EXPECTED RESULT
Konsole should use the user setup cursor icon/theme.
